A whippet is a small version of a grayhound, I know what your thinking we are just like them, well you are wrong, we are completly different, there is no gabling in what we do, we just do it for fun, ino sounds crasy right.
One of the main benifits of being in non ped whippet racing is that we can race our own dogs, from training them you can see what effort you have put in right on the track.
The clubs we have are all over the contry from haistings to shirebrook in chesterfiled then up to scotland, so there is no excuses there is a club for everybody.

A whippet is very loyal all it asks for is one walk a day, some food and a little bit of love.
Some whippets are kept in kennels and some are house but all the whippets are loved with respect.
When racing a whippet anyone can do it as long as the are on a family membership, even a little one can do it. The more family members the better.
